Contract | 13 Weeks | 3×12 Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult and pediatric patients who are acutely ill with a wide variety of medical conditions and diseases in an ICU setting
• Maintain a staffing ratio of 2:1 in the ICU and 3:1 in the SDU
• Utilize Pyxis automated medication dispensing system for safe medication administration
• Document and manage patient care using Cerner EMR
• NIHSS certification required for all RN staff
• Adhere to facility infection control protocols, including wearing a mask at all times while in the ICU

Required Qualifications

• Active Single State Oklahoma RN license or valid Compact nursing license
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience
• Pediatric experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required – must be American Heart Association (AHA) issued
• NIHSS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with both adult and pediatric critically ill patient populations
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR in an acute care or ICU environment
• Prior experience with Pyxis automated medication dispensing systems
