Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 10-Hour Shifts (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Schedule: Sun–Wed or Thurs–Sun | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents within a long-term care unit
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as directed by the care plan
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician
• Support patients with behavioral or psychiatric needs in alignment with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license valid in the state of New Mexico (or compact eligibility)
• Must have reliable personal transportation — candidates without a vehicle will not be considered
• Must be available to arrive at least 48 hours prior to start date to complete New Mexico state fingerprinting
• All compliance documentation must be completed prior to start
• Must be flexible with scheduling as needed
• Must be available for a clinical interview prior to placement — please be prepared to submit interview availability upon application

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience
