Contract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 or 48 hour contracts available | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a pediatric medical surgical unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes
• Ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs as part of routine patient care activities
• Work assigned weekends and at least 50% of holidays occurring during the contract period
• Participate in on-call assignments as required by the facility
• Float as needed across units within the organization, including serving as a Patient Observer (Sitter) when assigned
• Complete required orientation modules (non-billable, averaging 4–6 hours) and any applicable annual modules as directed by onsite management

Required Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of start
• PALS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required
• Ability to work the full term of the contract at the assigned facility location
• Must be available for rotating shifts, holiday coverage, and work during inclement weather
• Local candidates are welcome; however, travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible to submit. Travelers residing 51–74 miles away may be offered at a local rate.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system preferred
• First-time travelers are encouraged to apply
• Comfort with floating to various unit types within a hospital setting
