Travel RN – Behavioral Health

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within an acute behavioral health unit under applicable nursing standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient safety and therapeutic outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies
- Participate in bi-weekly facility orientation as scheduled
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Arizona or compact licensure eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing
- Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Compliance with all facility credentialing and onboarding requirements prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a behavioral health or psychiatric setting
- Familiarity with acute inpatient psychiatric care workflows and documentation systems
- Experience working within a community or regional hospital environment
