Job Title
Intensive Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Night Shift | Expected 36–48 hours/week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and identify expected outcomes
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans using critical thinking and independent clinical judgment
- Coordinate and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver care in a safe and healing environment
- Delegate and supervise the activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care across disciplines
- Provide health education to patients and families; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Employ strategies to promote patient safety, health, and a therapeutic environment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor — required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor — required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification — required
- Minimum of two years of recent ICU or acute care nursing experience
- Epic EMR experience — required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior experience in a high-acuity acute care facility setting
- Strong supervisory and interdisciplinary communication skills
