Contract | Days | 8-hour shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents in a skilled nursing environment with a census of 48 beds
• Maintain a staffing ratio of approximately 1 CNA per 12 residents, supporting safe and attentive resident care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including those presenting with diagnoses such as dementia, heart disease, COPD, chronic kidney disease, and depression
• Document resident care and updates using the PointClickCare (PCC) electronic medical records system
• Rotate weekend coverage on an every-other-weekend schedule
• Rotate holiday coverage on an every-other-holiday basis

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in North Dakota or compact-eligible state
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
• Willingness to rotate weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Must reside at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with residents diagnosed with dementia or memory-related conditions
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar EMR platforms
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
