Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Document resident care accurately and in a timely manner using PointClickCare (PCC)
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to appropriate clinical staff
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience required
- COVID-19 vaccination required, or documented religious/medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Familiarity with night shift workflows in a clinical setting
