Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 22-bed Emergency Department serving a diverse patient population including traumas, STEMIs, stroke, cardiac, GI, psychiatric, and pediatric cases
• Maintain patient ratios of 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 for critical patients, and 6:1 for fast track
• Document and manage patient records using Cerner EHR
• Complete 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period as part of the expected schedule
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with no float or call requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma nursing experience
• Pediatric emergency care experience
• Strong team-oriented mindset with a resilient and adaptable work style
