Job Title

Labor & Delivery Surgical Technologist (CST) – Travel

Location

Denver, CO | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide surgical technologist support within an active Labor & Delivery unit, including ORs, PACU bays, antepartum, and triage areas
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and high-risk obstetric cases
• Operate and maintain unit equipment including Centricity and GE monitors
• Collaborate effectively with RNs, charge staff, and providers to maintain patient safety and quality care
• Document accurately using Meditech / CPN EMR
• Maintain a patient-experience-first approach while functioning as a team-oriented member of the care team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of current acute CST experience in Labor & Delivery
• BLS certification required
• NBSTSA certification required – must be in hand at time of submission
• DORA (Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies) certification required – must be in hand at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior Labor & Delivery CST experience beyond minimum requirement
• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Strong communication skills with clinical staff and providers
