Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation

Location

Aurora, CO | Acute Rehab

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Perform wound care and assist with patient transfers
• Collaborate with a team that includes charge nurses, fellow RNs, and patient care technicians across day and night shifts
• Document patient information and care activities using Meditech EMR
• Float between two rehabilitation campuses as needed
• Serve as a compassionate advocate for the rehabilitation patient population

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Colorado (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care experience as a Rehabilitation or Medical/Surgical RN
• BLS certification required
• Willingness to float between two campus locations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with a rehabilitation patient population
• IV insertion and blood draw skills
