Job Title
Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Temporary LNA

Schedule / Job Type
Contract (14 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate nursing personnel
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and repositioning as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active Vermont LNA license or Temporary LNA (T-LNA) certification required
- Ability to work mid shifts
- Availability to work every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a care facility or similar clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
