Job Title

CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Location

Dickinson, ND | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Mixed shifts with varied start times | Weekend and holiday availability required | On-call/standby requirement with response time expectations

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging across ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings — all study types excluding cardiac and perfusion imaging
• Float to and cover X-ray as needed, including operation of portable X-ray equipment
• Operate department equipment including Siemens 64-slice CT scanner, Siemens C-arm, and GE portable X-ray
• Work independently during night shifts with supervisor available by phone; must be comfortable working autonomously
• Document and manage imaging using Meditech EMR and PACS systems
• Participate in team scheduling, including weekend and holiday rotations and on-call/standby assignments

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification required
• Active North Dakota state license required
• BLS certification required
• Must be able to cover X-ray in addition to CT duties
• Candidates with facial hair must be able to pass an approved fit test (3M Aura 1860 or 3M 1870+); inability to pass or remove facial hair may affect placement eligibility
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; candidates may not currently hold full-time, part-time, or PRN employment with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity Health

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech EMR and PACS systems
• Prior experience operating Siemens CT equipment and C-arm
• Cross-trained in multiple imaging modalities
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills suited for a collaborative department environment
