Registered Nurse – Bone Marrow Transplant ICU (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 37-bed Bone Marrow Transplant ICU setting with a 1:2 patient ratio
- Administer and monitor high-risk infusions, including chemotherapy agents
- Implement and manage Neutropenic Fever protocols, including blood culture draws and IV medication administration
- Operate Baxter infusion pumps and document care accurately within the Meditech EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses and patient care technicians across night shift operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of current, recent BMT ICU experience
- Active RN licensure in good standing
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NIH Stroke Certificate required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Chemotherapy Certification
- Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMTCN) certification
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
- Experience with CAR-T therapy or other innovative oncology treatments
