Job Title

Travel L&D Surgical Technologist (CST) – Night Shift

Location

Wichita, KS | Labor & Delivery / Birth Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide surgical technologist support within a 20-bed LDRP unit, assisting with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Perform scrub and circulating duties in the OR for C/S procedures
• Operate and assist with unit equipment including fetal monitors, Panda Warmers, and Novi+ systems
• Document and manage patient information using the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with RNs, charge nurses, and unit clerks to maintain safe patient ratios and efficient unit operations
• Adhere to established standards of behavior and unit guidelines throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of current L&D Surgical Technologist (CST) experience
• Active BLS certification required
• Active NBSTSA (CST) certification required
• Active Kansas Surgical Technologist licensure required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with newborn care
• Fetal monitor experience
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• C/S circulating OR experience
