Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care as a circulator on the General OR Team within a high-volume, multi-specialty operating room environment averaging 40–60 cases per day across 21 ORs
• Support surgical cases spanning multiple specialties including General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, and GI
• Participate in on-call rotation, including 6–8 weeknight call shifts and 1–2 weekend call shifts during the 13-week contract; must be ready and in the OR within 30 minutes of callback
• Float to affiliated facilities as needed
• Assist with downtime tasks and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Comply with all facility infection control policies, including mandatory masking requirements for staff who decline applicable vaccinations during flu season

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN License required
• AHA BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• Minimum 5 years of OR experience, including at least one prior travel assignment
• Experience in a comparable large-facility OR environment (20+ ORs) required
• Circulator role experience requiredDa Vinci Robotic experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Must have personal reliable transportation; cannot rely on rideshare services due to on-call response time requirements
