Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across ICU and Med/Surg floors within a large acute care facility
• Operate and manage patients on PB980 Ventilators and Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilators
• Perform arterial blood gas draws as part of routine patient assessment and monitoring
• Document patient care and clinical findings using EPIC EMR
• Work within a structured staffing model alongside a team of Respiratory Therapists across day, evening, and night shifts
• Night position is straight nights; may rotate to 11a–11p when operationally needed

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a single acute care setting, or 1–2 years of travel experience
• Demonstrated ventilator experience in an acute care setting
• Ability to draw arterial blood gases

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an ICU environment, including high-acuity patient populations
• Familiarity with PB980 and Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilator platforms
• Prior travel therapy experience
