Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Day Shift | 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week | Weekend rotation every 3rd weekend | No on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention
• Establish individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques, tools, and treatment protocols
• Provide therapy interventions in alignment with established treatment protocols and techniques
• Develop individualized care and discharge plans and communicate them to appropriate parties
• Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
• Supervise assigned therapy assistants and serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Active Physical Therapy (PT) licensure in the state of practice required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Minimum of two years of recent Physical Therapy experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ICU experience preferred but not required
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary or team-based care model
