RN Telemetry / Medical-Surgical Float – Per Diem – Nights

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients in a high-volume acute care setting
- Float between MedSurg and Telemetry units based on staffing and census needs
- Perform clinical assessments and manage patient care plans appropriate to an acute care environment
- Maintain availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekend shifts
- For Masterbook participation, commit to a minimum of 1 shift per month
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN license in good standing
- Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required
- Current ACLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital experience in MedSurg and/or Telemetry
- Ability to float between Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units
- Weekend availability required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Meditech EMR experience strongly preferred; candidates without Meditech experience may have access to facility-sponsored orientation/training on a limited basis
- Prior background in both MedSurg and Telemetry in a high-volume acute care environment
