Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Location

Aventura, FL | Cardiac Cath Lab

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with and support procedures in a 5-room Cardiac Cath Lab setting, including Cath, EP, and IR procedures
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio, ensuring individualized patient care and safety throughout procedures
• Operate and manage Cath Lab equipment and supplies in accordance with facility protocols
• Document patient information and procedural data using the Meditech documentation system
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the department

Required Qualifications

• Active Cardiovascular Lab (CVL) Technologist certification
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
• Hands-on experience with Cath and EP procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures
• Familiarity with the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Ability to function independently and adapt well in a fast-paced clinical environment
