Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | AM Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage value analysis initiatives within the Surgical Services department
• Evaluate clinical products, supplies, and technologies to support evidence-based decision-making
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to drive cost-effective, quality-focused outcomes
• Support process improvement efforts aligned with surgical services goals and organizational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in clinical settings
• Demonstrated experience in a managerial or director-level role within a healthcare environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in value analysis, supply chain, or surgical services program management
• Familiarity with clinical product evaluation processes and committee-based review structures
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
