Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required clinical documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
• Deliver patient care consistent with setting-specific protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license — Washington State or Compact License (WA and AK compact licenses accepted)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
• Commitment to a 13–26 week contract engagement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
