Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress
- Support patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills
- Maintain valid state identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure in the state of New Mexico
- Valid state or federally issued photo identification required
- Must have an active New Mexico caregivers account
- Ability to commit to a 13-week contract with a 36-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a transitional or rehabilitative care setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
