Job Title

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 40-Week School Contract | Onsite | Split across 3 school locations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students across multiple school sites
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Adhere to a schedule of up to 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida SLP or SLPA license or eligibility to obtain
• Relevant state and/or national certification (e.g., CCC-SLP) as applicable
• Ability to work across multiple school locations within the assigned area
• Experience working in a pediatric or school-based setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a school-based speech-language therapy role
• Familiarity with IEP development and the special education process
• Experience managing a caseload across multiple sites
