Job Title

OR Labor and Delivery Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – 3×12 Rotating

Boston, MA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 3×12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days/Nights) | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide surgical technologist support within the Labor and Delivery OR setting
• Rotate between day and night shifts as scheduled, including every other weekend
• Assist surgical team during obstetric and related operative procedures
• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and supplies
• Collaborate with nursing and physician staff to support safe patient care throughout the perioperative process

Required Qualifications

• Active NBSTSA (CST) or NCCT (Tech in Surgery – Certified) certification required
• OB/Labor and Delivery surgical experience is required
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including every other weekend
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume Labor and Delivery OR environment
• Familiarity with obstetric surgical procedures including cesarean sections
• Strong ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment
