Contract | Full-Time | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physical therapy standards of practice
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Michigan
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) — must be active prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an outpatient, inpatient, or acute care setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
