Contract | Mid Shift | Rotating schedule across a two-week cycle including days and evenings
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following facility protocols
- Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support individualized care plans
- Must carry and present a state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival and wear a visible photo badge at all times while on assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN or LVN license in good standing
- COVID-19 vaccination required; documented religious or medical exemption from employer may be considered in lieu of vaccination
- Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law
- Local candidates only
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Familiarity with rotating shift schedules and multi-day work week structures
