Job Title

Travel Respiratory Therapist – Neonatal/Pediatric (RRT)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Independently admit and manage ventilated patients in the Pediatric ICU using the Servo-U ventilator
• Set up and manage heliox therapy through both invasive and non-invasive measures
• Provide non-invasive ventilation support including BiPAP and CPAP
• Perform neonatal respiratory care including Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide therapy, and high-frequency ventilation
• Operate and manage equipment including Servo-U, Dräger VN500, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, and Vaportherm
• Document patient care accurately using the Epic electronic health records system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Minimum 1+ year of Neonatal ICU (NICU) or Pediatric ICU (PICU) critical care experience required
• PALS certification required
• Proficiency with Servo-U ventilator and neonatal/pediatric respiratory equipment
• Familiarity with heliox therapy, high-frequency ventilation, and non-invasive ventilation modalities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of neonatal or pediatric critical care respiratory therapy experience
• Experience with Dräger VN500, HFOV, HFJV, and Vaportherm systems
• Prior experience documenting in Epic
