Referral bonuses can only be given for the first contract. The referrer will receive a bonus upon the successful completion of the contract of the referral. The full assignment must be completed for the referrer to be eligible for the referral bonus (contracts are typically 8 or 13 weeks and the position can be 36 or 40 hours per week). Referral bonuses can also be given to people who are not currently on contract with us through a 1099. There are no limits to the amount of referral bonuses you can receive for contractors who take their first contract with Malone Healthcare.
