Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Monday – Friday, 8-hour days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) setting
• Evaluate patient functional status and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Document patient progress and treatment notes using facility EMR systems (Protouch / Net Health)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Florida
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term acute care (LTACH) or similar acute care setting
• Familiarity with Protouch and/or Net Health EMR platforms
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary team collaboration skills
