Job Title
CNA – Skilled Nursing Facility (All Shifts)

Contract | Days (Shifts include some weekends and holidays)
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and give report on resident conditions, ensuring clear understanding of care to be provided
- Make rounds on each resident; assess new residents and any resident who is ill, has fallen, or sustained an injury
- Document assessments in accordance with facility policy
- Notify nursing staff of any changes in resident conditions or needs
- Assist with direct patient care and ensure call lights are answered promptly
- Promote positive working relationships with other departments, co-workers, residents, families, and physicians; may be required to float to other units as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active California CNA License required
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to function effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a SNF or LTC environment
- Familiarity with resident assessment and documentation procedures
- Experience floating between units or departments
