Travel RN – Telemetry (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a telemetry unit within a 266-bed acute-care hospital
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes in the electronic health record
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, accreditation standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or multistate compact license)
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a telemetry or step-down setting
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring systems and telemetry equipment
- Experience working in a large, accredited acute-care hospital environment
