Job Title
Occupational Therapist – Pediatrics (OT)
Location
Saint Cloud, MN | Outpatient
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | Shifts start no earlier than 7:30 AM and end no later than 6:00 PM | Expected 38.5–40 hours per week | Friday availability is required; a 4-day schedule (38.5 hours) may be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric outpatient patients across a wide variety of diagnoses
- Deliver care within an outpatient clinic setting, applying skills relevant to pediatric OT practice
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions appropriate to each patient’s needs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records, utilizing the EPIC electronic health records system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
- Provide holiday coverage as needed by the facility
Required Qualifications
- Active OT certification (NBCOT) required at time of submission
- Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license in hand at time of submission
- Pediatrics experience required; new graduate OTs with prior pediatric experience as a COTA will be considered
- Ability to complete Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting in person within 48 hours of contract signing, on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date
- Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of contract signing
- Must live more than 25 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
- Background in outpatient clinic and/or acute care settings
- Familiarity with a broad range of pediatric diagnoses and treatment approaches
