Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
- Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident well-being and recovery goals
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards
- Must carry and present a state or federally issued photo ID at all times while on assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from your employer
- Must wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a float or registry/agency capacity
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in SNF settings
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into established care teams
