Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy support services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery
- Support patient well-being through therapeutic activities and interventions in a long term care setting
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas OTA/COTA license or compact license equivalent accepted in Texas (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years of COTA experience (Required)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a long term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
