Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a critical care environment
- Manage a high-volume patient workload efficiently and effectively
- Operate within your scope of practice, with the expectation to float within the facility or to nearby sites within the region as needed
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC
Required Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist license required and must be in hand prior to start date
- PALS certification required
- Current critical care experience, or critical care experience within the last 12 months
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Prior travel assignment experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NRP certification
- Familiarity with floating to multiple units or off-site locations
