Job Title
CT Scan Multi-Modality Specialist
Location
Clearlake, CA | Critical Access Hospital

Contract | Days | Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic and computed tomography (CT) examinations competently across at least two imaging modalities
- Operate a Siemens CT scanner and standard x-ray equipment in accordance with departmental protocols
- Safely transport and transfer patients between gurneys and wheelchairs
- Prepare contrast agents for medical imaging procedures following established safety guidelines
- Perform mobile imaging examinations, including radiographic and fluoroscopic studies, as needed
- Test defibrillator equipment and verify the integrity of the crash cart
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology
- Current Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in the state of practice
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R) certification required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in the field
- Proficiency in both x-ray and CT modalities required; must be able to perform both regularly
- Experience with Epic EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field
- Three or more years of technical imaging experience
- ARRT certification in one or more additional advanced modalities such as Mammography (M), MRI, or Sonography (S)
- Familiarity with Siemens CT scanner equipment
