Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents in a rehab and care setting
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Wyoming or eligibility to obtain one
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification required or eligible
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care rehabilitation setting
- Familiarity with PACS documentation systems
- Experience with geriatric patient populations
