Contract (7 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
- Fulfill every other weekend commitment as part of the regular schedule
- Adhere to all facility policies, including wearing a state or federal issued photo ID badge at all times while on assignment
- Maintain a guaranteed 37-hour work week within the contracted schedule
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the state of Vermont
- COVID-19 vaccination required, or documented religious/medical exemption from employer on file
- Must have reliable personal transportation — public transportation in this area is very limited and unreliable
- All requested time off must be approved prior to contract signature
- Local candidates only
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Familiarity with mid-shift workflows and resident care routines
