Contract (9 Weeks) | Nights | Monday – Thursday | 32-Hour Weekly Guarantee | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient condition changes, communicating effectively with the care team
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards
- Must carry and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at the facility at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire or a compact state license
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- COVID-19 vaccination required, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer on file
- Must wear a photo badge while on assignment at the facility
- Local candidates only
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a SNF or LTC environment as a travel or agency nurse
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in long-term care settings
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a geriatric care population
