Job Title
Travel RN – Postpartum / Mother Baby (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Projected Start: August 25, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Provide postpartum nursing care with expected patient ratios of 3–4 couplets per RN
- Perform POC glucose monitoring, hypertension assessment and management, and post-partum hemorrhage management
- Support breastfeeding education and assist with circumcision procedures
- Operate unit equipment including Welch Allyn vitals machines, CPN monitors, and POC glucose monitoring devices
- Document patient care using Meditech / CPN EMR
- Adhere to HCA ICARE standards of behavior in all patient and team interactions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience; at least 1 year of current acute care postpartum hospital experience required
- BLS certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- Active RN license applicable to the state of Kansas
Preferred Experience / Skills
- High-risk postpartum experience
- Level 2 Nursery experience
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on patient care and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
