Job Title
Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Contract | Night Shift | 4×12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Complete required ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation
- Maintain compliance with annual hands-on competency and facility-required training modules
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
- Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA BLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
- Active ACLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
- One professional reference required from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
- Local candidates are welcome and will be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience gained within a single facility or location (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and electronic medication administration systems
- Prior travel nursing experience within a large health system environment
