Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during 12-hour overnight shifts in accordance with facility protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as directed by the care plan
- Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN or LVN license in good standing (New Mexico license or compact eligibility required)
- Candidates must be available for a clinical interview prior to placement
- Fingerprint background check must be completed by the Tuesday prior to the scheduled start date
- Must be available to attend an on-site check-in the Wednesday before orientation begins
- Orientation begins on Thursdays; candidates must be available to start on the scheduled orientation date
- Must be available for the duration of the assignment without extended time off
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing or contract assignment experience
- Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows
- Strong time management and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced setting
