Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during night shift in a skilled nursing environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using PCC (PointClickCare) charting software
- Collaborate with aides and restorative staff to support patient care plans and daily operations
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements — clean and professional scrubs required
- Participate in facility orientation as scheduled
Required Qualifications
- Active Compact or Wyoming state LPN/LVN license — must be in hand at time of submission
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- PCC (PointClickCare) experience required
- Ability to start within two weeks of offer
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
- Familiarity with restorative nursing practices and aide supervision
