Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting under the supervision of a licensed physician or registered nurse
- Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and documentation of clinical information
- Administer medications and treatments as directed and in accordance with facility protocols
- Support care coordination and patient flow within the ambulatory care environment
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State (NYS) LPN or LVN license required
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work a Monday through Friday day shift schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an ambulatory care, clinic, or outpatient setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
