Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Circulator)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process in an operating room setting
- Perform OR circulating duties across a range of surgical specialties including Orthopedic, OB-GYN, and General Surgery
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice
- Carry out functions according to facility policy, mission, and standards of practice as defined by professional and regulatory guidelines
- Support emergency surgical cases as needed, with the surgical team available 24/7
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license
- BLS certification required
- Previous OR Circulating experience required
- Experience in Orthopedic, OB-GYN, and General Surgery required
- Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to an adjusted rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PACU experience preferred
- Urology and Ophthalmic surgical experience preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
