Job Title
Contract RN – NICU

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a 65-bed Level 4 NICU with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 4:1
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment including isolettes, ventilators, feeding pumps, IV pumps, and breast pumps
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech and CPN EMR systems
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, team leads, transport nurses, RTs, and unit assistants
- Fulfill on-call requirements and complete expected 4 weekend shifts per schedule
- Wear navy scrubs in accordance with unit dress code requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience
- Ability to fulfill on-call obligations as required by the unit
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2 or more years of Level 4 NICU experience
- Familiarity with Meditech and/or CPN EMR platforms
- Experience with neonatal transport or charge nurse responsibilities
