Pharmacy Technician

Contract | 13 Weeks | Travel | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications in a pharmacy setting
- Accurately process and fill prescription orders in accordance with established protocols
- Maintain pharmacy inventory, including receiving, stocking, and managing medication supplies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy regulations, policies, and safety standards
- Support day-to-day pharmacy operations to maintain efficient workflow
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician registration or licensure as required by the state of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
- Valid Pharmacy Technician certification (e.g., CPhT) preferred or as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-volume or institutional pharmacy environment
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software and dispensing systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
