Job Title
Respiratory Therapist – CRT / RRT (Days)

Key Responsibilities
- Independently interpret physician orders, assess patient needs, deliver prescribed respiratory therapy, and evaluate patient response across general care and critical care areas
- Perform invasive respiratory care procedures with minimal supervision in patient care units and critical care settings
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and workload, adjusting assignments as needed to maintain optimal productivity and quality of care
- Serve in a consulting role by communicating respiratory care recommendations to other members of the clinical team
- Maintain current Kansas Respiratory Care license and NBRC credential (RRT or CRT) throughout employment
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program
- Current Kansas Respiratory Care license or eligibility to obtain Kansas licensure
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the NBRC
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical Respiratory Care experience
