Job Title
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatrics

Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients primarily ages 0–3 years enrolled in an Infant Child Development (ICD) program
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify delays or deficits in activities of daily living (including play), neuromuscular, sensory-integrative, cognitive, or psychosocial abilities
- Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient and family
- Deliver family education, consultation, and support throughout the course of treatment
- Coordinate discharge and transition planning for patients and families within the ICD program
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with program and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
- Active Kansas Occupational Therapy License (required)
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- One or more years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy
- Familiarity with early intervention programs or infant/toddler developmental services
- Experience working with families in an educational or consultative capacity
