Key Responsibilities
- Supervise patient care delivery and nursing staff within the Medical/Surgical unit
- Oversee day-to-day Medical/Surgical operations to facilitate efficient clinical workflows
- Collaborate with the leadership team to support effective resource management
- Drive staff development initiatives and support ongoing nursing education
- Lead and participate in quality improvement efforts on the Med/Surg unit
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Demonstrated expertise in nursing practice, with a focus on Medical/Surgical care
- Prior experience in a nursing supervisory or management role
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary leadership teams
- Background in staff development, mentorship, or clinical education
- Familiarity with quality improvement processes in an acute care setting
